Overhung Crankshaft with replaceable Bushing Crank Pin. The crankshaft is balanced precisely and fitted with ball bearings.
Connecting Rod :-
Connecting Rods are one piece with solid end construction and do not require any adjustment.
Piston :-
Piston are made of Alluminium / Cast Iron and balanced for smooth running. Pistons have compression rings and oil control rings for better efficiency of the compressor.
Cylinder :-
Special graded cast iron deep finned cylinders for quick heat dissipation.
Valve :-
Finger Valves and Concentric Ring Valves are made of high quality stainless steel. All the valves are very easy to desmantle for servicing.
Inter Cooler :-
Inter coolers are made of copper tubes to achive better heat decipation.
